JRA have a long standing working relationship with ONS Developments and the Practice Principal has worked with ONS on circa 1500 residential units since 2004. This particular project involved the construction of 125 Houses at Bellingham, Portlaoise. Acting as lead consultant and PSDP, JRA also acted as Assigned Certifier for the project completing the requisite site inspections as required under the Building Control (amendment ) Regulations BCAR. JRA also acted as consulting engineer for the 28M ICD Roundabout access onto the R445 roadway. |
