JRA are acting as Consulting Civil and Structural Engineer for this landmark project on Main Street Portlaoise. Involving the demolition of Shaws Department store this innovative cast in situ concrete structure straddles two busy streets in the historic town centre of Portlaoise. The structural solution involved driven piles and ground beams, underpinning and a flying freehold structure in a busy town centre site. |
