| Description: | Telecoms infrastructure providers/ MNOs have a requirement as part of sales/ leasing etc to have accurate and representative Conveyancing maps prepared. As part of our services in JRA, we provide a full survey and mapping service for existing and proposed Telecoms Infrastructure. Typically the maps would pick up the access routes, way leaves, fibre duct routes, compound extents etc. JRA utilise a state of the art GPRS surveying equipment and have agreements and accounts in place with the OSI and PRAI to facilitate this. Case Study In 2015 Coilte sold its 300 mast-strong telecommunications portfolio to French Investment Fund InfraVia. JRA were engaged by Coilte to survey 130 sites nationwide and prepare legal conveyance maps for each to include access routes, rights of way and compound boundaries. These were surveyed and uploaded digitally to the PRAI. The project had a tight deadline with very specific parameters. The mapping was delivered on schedule to the clients requirements. |
