| Description |
The development comprises a new 95 space public Car Park and 62 residential units, at Railway Street Portlaoise adjacent to Portlaoise Train Station. JRA are acting as consulting civil and structural engineers for the project which was granted planning permission through the Part 8 Process with Laois County Council. Due to poor ground conditions this project has an interesting array of foundation solutions including piles and raft foundations. The project is currently at construction stage. |
