This residential scheme is located on the “gateway” into Portlaoise along the Dublin Road. Phase 1 of the development was for 24 houses. The phase 2 development comprises 44 houses and 20 apartments in two separate blocks. JRA are acting as lead consultant for the project, including acting as Assigned Certifier and PSDP. |
